Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Consultant to join our team at UPVC Windows World. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in the central west, southern highlands, southern tablelands, and Canberra regions.
About the Role- Generate and manage leads through public displays, referrals, and ad campaigns;
- Manage measures and quotes;
- Negotiate with prospects;
- Closing sales;
- Liaise with the manufacturing centre in Bathurst;
- Some days will be worked from the office in Bathurst - some on the road.
We offer a competitive salary of $75K plus super, plus travel allowance, plus commissions. $100K+ uncapped is a very realistic OTE. You'll be supported with ongoing training and coaching.
Requirements- Intelligent and a quick learner;
- Articulate and able to help people feel confident about the technology;
- A genuinely good asker of questions and a listener;
- You're a confident communicator - whether in the office or on-site;
- You're driven. You love to achieve. Kicking sales goals is your jam;
- You know when to close - and you do - without being pushy;
- Being stuck in an office drives you insane;
- You know that 'ad-lib is for amateurs' - you love a consistent sales process;
- You're optimistic and resilient - but nobody's fool;
- Meeting the customer's needs is important - but you'll stand your ground when appropriate;
- You're self-motivated and self-managing
- You make decisions based on facts and objective measures.
