About the ProgramThe Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is designed for recent university graduates who are eager to start their careers. The 18-month full-time program provides hands-on training and real-world experience, allowing participants to develop essential skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong customer relationships
- Be a champion for innovation within the organization
- Gain exposure to managing projects and people
- Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project
- Take on special projects that draw upon all your training
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher level education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)
- Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
- Self-manage and be a self-starter
- Real desire for personal and professional growth
- Work authorization in Australia
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
