Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Room Attendant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to the hotel's high standards.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities.
- Ensure towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly.
- Report maintenance requirements.
- Report any lost property following correct hotel procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
- Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained.
- Ensure all WH&S policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual and a positive attitude.
- Physical fitness to cope with a labour-intensive operation.
- An eye for detail to make a flawless room.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks within a hotel environment.
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Hotel experience preferred.
