Expert IT Support Professional Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support professional to join our team at First Focus, Australia's leading Managed Service Provider. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of managed services, technical infrastructure, and customer service principles. As a Service Desk specialist, you'll be responsible for providing remote support to a variety of environments, from small teams to large-scale organizations, and delivering expert-level support across multiple technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in end-user support, Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange. You'll also need to have excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to understand customers' needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Providing expert-level support to clients across various environments, including servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365
- Delivering support for Azure Intra, Hyper-V, and Citrix cloud infrastructure
- Performing a wide range of support tasks across multiple technologies, including LAN & WAN networking
- Working with experienced solutions experts to maintain best-practice environments
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in end-user support and Active Directory
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to understand customers' needs
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining best-practice environments
