As a dedicated food and beverage professional, you will have the opportunity to oversee a small team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.

The role reports to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager and involves leading a team of professionals in the hotel's Lady Fairfax Room and assisting in other outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of hospitality professionals
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer experience
  • Managing staff performance and providing coaching and support as needed
  • Collaborating with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to achieve business objectives

This is a full-time opportunity requiring rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.

Some of the key qualifications for this role include:

  • Hold a current NSW RSA card
  • Working knowledge of Micros (desirable)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
