Job Overview

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, Community, and Social Media, to develop and execute multichannel content strategies that align with SEO objectives. You'll be responsible for tracking and analyzing AI-generated search results, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing strategic plans to influence a positive and accurate narrative.

  • AI Search Strategy & Monitoring: Utilize AI search monitoring tools to track and analyze how our brand and products are represented in AI-generated search results.
  • Agile SEO Integration: Work within an agile framework, participating in sprint planning and other ceremonies to integrate SEO requirements into the development workflow.
  • Multichannel Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our SEO objectives and informs the work of our PR, Community, and Social Media teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the PR team to ensure press releases and media mentions are optimized for AI retrieval.
  • Content Creation & Optimisation: Guide the creation of content that is valuable to human audiences and structured for AI ingestion.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an SEO specialist
  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of fundamental SEO principles
  • Demonstrable experience working within an agile framework
  • Experience in developing and executing a multichannel content strategy
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • A proactive, adaptable, and innovative mindset
