Senior AI Product Strategist

About the Role
  • Oversee development and enhancement of AI-powered product features with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
  • Conduct in-depth research to inform and optimize AI-driven product functionalities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and build cutting-edge AI solutions by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Test and refine prompts and user interactions for AI tools to ensure high-quality user experiences tailored for international markets.
  • Evaluate product performance, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver comprehensive results.
  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into the product development process.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, technology, AI, or related fields.
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong research skills, including experience with search languages and data analysis.
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or developing AI-powered products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
