Unlock Your Potential as a Retail Sales Consultant

At Travelex, we're passionate about retail and travel, and we're looking for a self-motivated and friendly retailer/customer service expert to join our team. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Travelex, representing our brand and promoting our exciting travel money products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
  • Maximize sales and promote our Travelex product range to all customers
  • Embrace our digital mindset and engage with customers on social media
  • Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Comply with company and location policies and procedures

Your Qualifications:

  • Passion for travel and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in retail, cash-handling, and/or banking is desirable
  • Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
