About Us

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a key advisor to divisional and cost centre management, providing high-level business partnering support on financial and FTE performance. This includes leading the divisional budget cycle, participating in monthly performance review meetings, and preparing full-year forecasts.

They will also manage Service Level Agreements and funding arrangements, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and executives, and contribute to the mentoring and coaching of junior finance team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level business partnering support on financial and FTE performance
  • Lead the divisional budget cycle
  • Participate in monthly performance review meetings
  • Prepare and present regular full-year forecasts
  • Manage and provide oversight of Service Level Agreements and funding arrangements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and executives
  • Contribute to the mentoring and coaching of junior finance team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Senior Finance Business Partner role
  • Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Ability to build effective relationships and communicate complex financial information clearly
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (desirable)
  • Professional registration (e.g., CPA, CA, CIMA, or ICA) (desirable)
