About the role:
You will work closely with executives, managers, and operational leaders to provide insightful financial data that drives value. Combine your technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to support decision-making, guide planning processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead the strategic and business planning process, ensuring objectives align with meaningful performance metrics.
- Partner with operations to understand cost drivers and value, turning analysis into actionable insights.
- Develop and embed effective forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Create reports that cut through complexity, highlighting key issues and telling the story behind the numbers.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear forward-looking analysis to support confident decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting, and systems.
Key skills include:
- CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in business partnering and performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to translate numbers into commercial insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Curious and motivated to deliver immediate and long-term value
