Product Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Operations Leader to join our team.
About the RoleThe Product Operations & Visual Merchandising (POVM) role is a key position within our store leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of individuals who execute critical product functions, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and driving visual merchandising execution that aligns with our company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring team members execute company-driven product-focused directives and projects.
- Driving implementation of product and visual merchandising strategies, adapting to store layouts within company standards.
- Coaching and developing team members in product operations and visual merchandising execution and standards.
- Monitoring product levels and organizing accurate, efficient inventory receiving and processing.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, lead from the floor to assess and fulfill business needs, and review business data and metrics to inform product strategy and actions.
Requirements- 1 year experience with inventory management, stocking, planning, and logistics, or product/visual merchandising.
- 1 year leadership or management experience, including leading work of others, coaching, or providing feedback.
