Product Operations Leadership Role

The Assistant Manager, Product Operations role is a critical part of the store leadership team. The incumbent leads the product operations team and owns the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute company-driven directives, projects, and initiatives in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Drive implementation of product and visual merchandising strategies to align with brand standards.
  • Develop and coach team members in product operations execution and standards.
  • Monitor product levels and organize accurate inventory receiving and processing.
  • Lead dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill business needs.
Requirements
  • At least one year of inventory management, stocking, planning, and logistics experience.
  • At least one year of leadership or management experience.
