Operational Excellence Director

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive operational excellence and support our school's mission as Chief Operating Officer.
The COO will oversee key portfolios including finance, administration, risk management, facilities maintenance, IT, human resources, enrolments, events, alumni relations, facility hire, and business development opportunities.
This role requires expertise in fundraising, managing building programs and capital projects, and the ability to lead complex operational functions.
Ideal candidates will possess sophisticated financial management skills, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building abilities with staff, students, families, and the community.
A commitment to upholding our values and vision, and navigating a dynamic growing school, is essential for success.
Required qualifications include a CPA/CA qualification and an MBA is highly regarded.
