Key Responsibilities:
- Support in-boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences
- Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events
- Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with stakeholders and departments
- Support reporting and client insights for boutique teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven luxury client treatment or event management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and client-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
