Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing business analysis processes, frameworks, and templates across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead a centralised BA function that supports and mentors decentralised Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement adaptable BA methodologies tailored for a dynamic environment
  • Promote a 'compliance by design' culture across teams
  • Lead, mentor, and support Business Analysts at all levels, ensuring consistent, high-quality BA delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in BA practices and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Senior BA, or Lead BA in complex environments
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, including coaching BA teams
  • Expertise in BA tools, frameworks, and agile delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing BA capability frameworks, templates, and processes
  • Ability to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and compliance
