Scuba Dive Training Professional

We seek highly skilled Scuba Dive Training Professionals to lead our training sessions at Quicksilver Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality scuba dive training programs for students of all levels.
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OSWI) certification.
  • Current Dive Medical certificate.
  • Current Dive Insurance coverage.
  • Hold HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID015 Advanced Resuscitation, and HLTAID009 CPR certifications.
  • Possession of Coxswain (NC1) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive diving experience in tropical waters.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
