Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee all dive operations, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of divers, coordinating logistics, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute dive operations to meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Supervise a team of divers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and meets the necessary safety standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and prevent accidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PADI Dive Instructor Qualification (mandatory)
  • Senior First Aid Qualification (mandatory)
  • Occupational Diving Medical Examination (mandatory)
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (mandatory)
