Job Summary:

Oversee marine and tourism activities, ensuring safe operations and unforgettable experiences for guests. Develop and manage activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, and island tours. Hire, train, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Activity Development: Create and plan marine activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Tourism Coordination: Oversee tourism activities, including island tours and cultural experiences.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marine Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing activities in a hospitality or tourism setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of marine and tourism activities, including safety regulations.
  • Relevant certifications such as PADI Dive Master, Coxswain Grade 1, and First Aid.
