Job Title: Officer Movement Control

Qantas Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Officer Movement Control to join our team at Sydney Domestic Terminal.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to coordinate the turnaround of all QantasLink aircraft in accordance with the Precision Timing Schedule. As an Officer Movement Control, you will be responsible for monitoring and communicating with stakeholders to ensure all operational requirements are actioned in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate the turnaround of QantasLink aircraft
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met
  • Identify and report delays, and allocate aircraft parking bays
  • Provide aircraft traffic advice to flight crew and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in airport operations or a related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of airport operations and network schedules
  • Knowledge of the Amadeus Reservations system
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight time frames
