We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team on a project involving the demolition and removal of decommissioned marine structures, construction of a new land-backed wharf, and land redevelopment.
This is a FIFO position based in Karratha, requiring the successful candidate to work day and night shifts, alternating between 20 days on site and 8 days off.
- Our ideal candidate will have experience managing Sub-Contractors and relevant tertiary qualifications such as a BSc Eng.
- Deliver technically acceptable engineering design and construction services for approved work.
- Work with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance and technical integrity of design.
- Prepare, check, and file design information including documents and data from suppliers and other disciplines.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of systems across the division.
- Manage customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory and technical program outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in one or more of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals, and Infrastructure/Utilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a BSc Eng.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) preferred.
- Membership of relevant Engineering Institutions, such as Engineers Australia, preferred.
- Good knowledge of local and international Codes and Standards.
