Position Overview: Order Entry Officer

As an Order Entry Officer, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input orders into our SAP system, ensuring efficiency and precision. While the tasks may be routine, the atmosphere is vibrant and supportive, making each day fulfilling as your efforts directly impact the hearing experiences of countless individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and organize incoming sales and service orders
  • Accurately enter sales and service orders into our order management system
  • Generate delivery documentation for service orders and prepare items for shipment
  • Adhere to stringent quality control protocols
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Proficient computer skills, with a preference for SAP knowledge
