About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Admissions Coordinator to join our team at BaptistCare. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health districts, and medical services to support the admissions process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engagement to guide customers and their families through the process of choosing a residential aged care home.
  • Utilize CRM systems and healthcare technology to manage sales activities and track progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in sales or customer service, preferably in aged care.
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Proven experience using CRM systems and healthcare technology.
  • The ability to meet sales targets and manage competing priorities effectively.
