This position involves conducting thorough assessments, providing counselling interventions, referring candidates to external support services, evaluating assessments, monitoring case progress, coordinating with medical professionals and community agencies, and providing training and guidance to staff.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Counselling, eligibility for registration with APHRA or ACA/PACFA, experience in employment services, knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention strategies, exceptional communication and rapport-building skills, ability to produce accurate and articulate case reports, and ability to work towards positive client outcomes.
