Job Title: Healthcare Application Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to implement, configure, and support our software application for healthcare settings. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver timely data for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring our software application to meet client needs.
  • Providing product support and assisting clients in refining their costing processes.
  • Collaborating with clients worldwide to develop and improve our applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An ability to learn and work within a team environment.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client focus.
  • Computer savvy with an investigative nature.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience with Casemix and ABF.
  • Knowledge of Patient Costing Methodologies.
  • Hospital or Healthcare experience at any level.
  • A degree in finance, economics, health management, or similar.
  • Technical skills and experience working with SQL, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
