Senior Contract Administrator Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, variations, and progress claims.

Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on apartment or luxury home projects and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, review, and management of contracts
  • Liaison with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Assistance with procurement, trade package letting, and contract negotiations
  • Management of RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation
  • Collaboration with the Project Manager to track budgets and costs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts
  • Experience working on apartment or luxury home projects
  • A sharp eye for detail, numbers, and risk management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
