Product Master Data Management Specialist

This critical role involves overseeing and maintaining the accuracy of product master catalogue data in SAP. It is essential to ensure that all entries are up-to-date, correct, and comply with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update the SAP product master catalogue to guarantee data integrity and consistency.
  • Verify pricing and contract terms are accurately reflected and regularly updated.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for EDI onboarding, pricing updates, and compliance with procurement standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure master data is accurate, usable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead efforts to rationalise the product catalogue, support data integrity initiatives, and oversee new item set-up processes.
  • Upload and validate the prescribed list from the Department of Health, verify changes, and generate reports for internal review.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience working with SAP Master Data and catalogue management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in healthcare, government, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
