Shift Operations Leader

This is a pivotal leadership position that involves overseeing production activities, managing team members, and coordinating with contractors to ensure safe and efficient operation of boilers, turbines, auxiliary systems, and coal handling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all production activities, including contractor coordination.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of critical site assets.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize plant availability and align production goals.
  • Manage emergency response protocols and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, team development, and strategic planning.

Leadership experience in thermal power generation or large industrial operations is essential. A degree in engineering, science, or management—or equivalent experience—is required. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills are also necessary.
