Job Description:
  We are seeking a Commercial Expert to join our Utilities Division in Melbourne or Brisbane. This role involves providing commercial, legal, financial, risk, and contractual expertise to support the growth of our business.

  Key responsibilities include reviewing contractual instruments, evaluating opportunity suitability, coordinating and leading opportunity and risk assessments, modeling and analyzing commercial frameworks, identifying risk mitigation strategies, preparing commercial tender responses, participating in governance and assurance review processes, and facilitating structured handovers of contracts and projects.

  To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of commercial and legal frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role:

  The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in law and business/commerce, minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, knowledge of tier one contractor risk and governance frameworks, direct exposure to broad contracting models, utilities and power generation sector knowledge, and preparation of executive and board level reports.
