Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Leasing Executive. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to commercial leasing, lease negotiations, lease administration, lease management, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Lease Agreements and Contracts
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, and previous experience in the commercial property industry.

You will also be required to provide expert advice on retail strategy and management, including site selection, lease disposals, lease renewals, and franchise system development and recruitment.
