Job Title: Team Lead for Service Excellence
\Our team plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of stores, enabling customers to have an exceptional shopping experience.
\As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of 10-40 members responsible for delivering trolley collection and cleaning services. You will develop leadership skills by managing people-related activities and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver top-notch services.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Coach and mentor team members on trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support.
- Develop rosters to ensure daily task coverage and operations schedules.
- Partner with Store Leadership teams to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Engage with customers and liaison with Support Office, Store Leadership Teams, and Customers.
Requirements:
\This role demands physical stamina and comfort working in various store environments. Ideally, you have supervisory or team leader experience; however, we encourage aspiring leaders to apply.
\Development Opportunities:
\Direct support from your Facilities Manager will help you develop leadership skills.
\Essential Attributes:
\A keen eye for cleanliness, confidence in interacting with Department Managers and Store Leadership, organizational skills, ability to work varied shifts, comfort with regulated frameworks, and a valid full Australian driver's license.
\Work Arrangements:
\Flexible availability to work across early mornings, days, and late nights Monday to Sunday.
