Accounts Leadership Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join an industry leader in Brisbane. As an Accounts Team Leader, you will lead and coach a high-performing team and work closely with senior leaders of the transactional finance function.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing accounts payable team ensuring ongoing growth and development;
- Manage timely and accurate accounts payable reporting;
- Foster positive and strong internal and external stakeholder relationships;
- Perform and coach daily functions of accounts payable with a focus on reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Lead and influence a team of accounts payable officers;
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership;
- Build strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Use effective and adaptive communication skills;
