Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable professional to lead our finance team and drive service delivery across our pharmacy services portfolio.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong focus on collaboration with the business, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and high-level reporting to management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring compliance obligations are met, and identifying potential adverse risks to the business.

About the Role:

This role involves leading and managing a team of professionals, driving innovation and service excellence, and contributing to strategy and policy setting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounts receivable leadership, implementation or reshaping of an accounts receivable function, and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable function and ensure compliance obligations are met
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to identify and resolve control weaknesses
  • Act as a key business partner across the business
  • Manage operational and commercial relationships with accounts receivable customers and external service providers
  • Lead and demonstrate a culture of innovation, service excellence, performance, and safety

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualifications (advantageous though not essential) with extensive experience in accounts receivable leadership
  • Prior experience implementing or reshaping an accounts receivable function within a large, complex organisation
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX
  • Ability to delegate coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills
