Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in office administration and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional administrative tasks, including data management, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Maintain customer information, purchasing records, and supplier lists.
- Set up new products and purchase consumables as needed.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for one-off purchases and establish framework agreements.
- Support invoicing for international shipments and handle reception duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Purchasing or Administration roles.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
