We are seeking a highly skilled Claims professional to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be part of a high performance culture and join a results-driven team consisting of experienced professionals.

As a Case Manager, you will be our first point of contact for new claimants and assist existing customers with their enquiries. You will have passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers in their moment of truth and act as a true ambassador of a trusted brand.

The role involves managing initial and ongoing assessment of claims through to finalisation, building effective relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery of a high standard of customer service and providing regular updates to customers throughout the duration of their claim.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing CCI Insurance Claims, a naturally empathetic nature, strong customer service focus, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
