Claims Administration Opportunity

We are seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team in Sydney. This is a temporary ongoing role, requiring 5 days in office per week.

About the Role:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled claims professional to work with a well-established commercial and travel insurance provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to assist the claims team
  • Manage documentation and register claims information accurately
  • Answer policy queries and provide accurate information to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in claims administration (6 months+) or strong administrative background
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
  • FULL WORKING RIGHTS in Australia
