We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Claims Advisor supporting the Southwest region of Sydney. This role involves providing guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families, navigating various claims, including pensions and benefits.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with the application process for relevant government departments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, the ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally, and a deep understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions.

You will be working towards or hold a Compensation Advocate certification, which is an asset in this position.

Key Requirements
  • Compensation Advocate (or working towards)
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
  • Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures
