The organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator/Administrator to join its team supporting two critical programs, Rural LAP and NTRLP. This role works across both the Rural Locum Assistance Program (Rural LAP) and the Northern Territory Remote Locum Program (NTRLP), ensuring credentialing and scope of practice requirements are met in accordance with Aspen Medical's Clinical Governance Framework and client expectations.
The successful candidate will manage high volumes of credentialing documentation through Cgov and Oracle, maintain accurate records, and provide strong administrative support to the Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage credentialing and re-credentialing processes for health professionals across Rural LAP, Rural LAP Aged Care, and NTRLP
- Maintain and update records in Cgov and Oracle systems
- Ensure all credentialing documentation meets Aspen Medical and client standards
- Provide accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to the Operations Team
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone
- Support audits, reporting, and policy compliance activities
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in health or credentialing environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to providing a high level of customer service to health professionals, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with systems such as Cgov and Oracle (preferred)
- Comfortable managing high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to governance frameworks
- Experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities is highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field is desirable but not required
