Senior NOC Operator Job Description">

Job Title: Senior NOC Operator

The Senior NOC Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of all services maintained by monitoring alarms, applying technical expertise, and communicating with key stakeholders to manage Service Level Agreements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and triage incoming alarms from multiple systems
  • Record incident details and actions clearly and accurately
  • Take a forensic approach to event and incident management
  • Provide support for customer queries and site access requests
  • Communicate and escalate OLA/SLA breaches to stakeholders
  • Support First-In Maintenance functions and resolve service outages
  • Manage escalated and complex incidents to resolution

Requirements:

  • Experience working with broadcast hardware and software
  • Knowledge of broadcast fundamentals and electronic theory
  • Experience in a high-pressure environment with large volumes of data
  • Customer service-focused, operational and/or technical experience
  • Ability to interpret and action alarms
  • Clear and concise record-keeping skills
  • MS Office 365 suite proficiency
  • Online technical resource knowledge and engineering schematic reading ability
