We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Regional Team Leader and State Manager in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes, including Workcover, Com Care, DVA, and Life Insurance industries.
- Support the Regional Team Leader and State Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve team knowledge and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of others and demonstrate a proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality, and Service Delivery KPIs.
Requirements:
- Professional Registration with either AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW.
- Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work.
- A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload.
