Customer Service Role Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. This exciting opportunity will involve building strong relationships with customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting our products and services through outbound calls.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to display empathy and active listening skills. They will also have experience working in call centre environments and be capable of converting enquiries into sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments for residential customers with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and act as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer information on CRM systems.
