Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a passionate professional to work in our retail store as an Advanced Retail Professional.
This is a part-time position, requiring availability to work fixed weekly days/hours covering both weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Executing and maintaining established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Experience in retail management, visual merchandising, and stockroom procedures will be highly regarded.
