About This Role

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in replenishment, technology and customer service departments at one of our stores.

You'll work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on products and services as a proud brand ambassador.

This role requires flexibility across various operating hours on weekdays and weekends. We offer opportunities to work across different locations and progress your career.

  • 2 positions available between 8am-6pm on weekdays
  • 4 positions available between 4pm-9:30pm on weekdays with at least 3 days availability and weekend availability

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and advice on products and services
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new releases and promotions
  • Contributing to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
