Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Spring Professional. As a Business Development Executive - Retail, you will play a key role in securing new retailers to our well-known VIC shopping centre.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of Australia's largest shopping centre groups, with a focus on property development, design, construction, asset management, leasing, and marketing for a large network of luxury shopping centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new retailers to the shopping centre
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities within the shopping centre
  • Participate in strategy meetings for tenancy mix across the portfolio
  • Work closely with the centre team, including marketing, leasing, and centre management
  • Manage relationships with tenants and contractors
  • Liaise with project fit-out and design teams for new store projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Business Development role, sales role, or Account Management
  • High level of professional customer service to both internal and external parties
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • New Business Development experience
  • Passion for retail or interest in the retail landscape
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
