Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of banquets and special events
  • Manage a team of event coordinators to ensure successful event execution
  • Develop and implement event concepts and themes
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality event execution
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, registration, and logistics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality event coordination
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Australian Working Rights
