To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers, and the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate capacity to interact with others in a professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
- Demonstrate evidence of the use of critical thinking in delivering evidenced-based nursing care.
- Demonstrate understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement in the workplace.
