Job Title:

Facilities Coordinator

Job Description:

The role of a Facilities Coordinator is to oversee the operational efficiency of a building, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety standards.

This includes coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations, as well as handling building and equipment emergencies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on operational expenses and facility income, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Additionally, the Facilities Coordinator will manage reception operations, including hiring and managing vendor support and contractors.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in facilities management and operations in a corporate environment
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Proven management skills
  4. Ability to work independently and proactively
