Building Operations Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of various building systems. This includes routine inspections, diagnosis of potential problems, and prompt repair.

A key responsibility of this position involves conducting thorough maintenance inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement. You will then develop and implement effective solutions to address these concerns.

Another essential aspect of this job is assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. This requires close collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Supporting energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently is also a critical part of this role. This may involve implementing energy-saving measures, monitoring system performance, and making adjustments as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for inspecting existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. This includes identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action to mitigate risks.
