About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager – Customer Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers across various industries.
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with client information.
Apart from delivering top-notch customer service, you will also assist with general administrative tasks, provide information and guidance about our services, and respond to queries on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online channels.
- Scheduling appointments with our network of consultants.
- Providing information and guidance about our services to clients.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in delivering an outstanding customer experience and knowledge in dealing with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task across different systems.
