IT Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Desk Specialist. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional support and services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Provide timely and accurate resolution of incidents, service requests, and problems via phone, email, and walk-ups.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, research, analyze, and resolve requests within agreed SLAs.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Level 2 and Level 3 resolver groups to manage communications with end users.
- Flexibility: Participate in flexible working arrangements across various shift patterns covering 7:45AM – 8:00PM AEST.
- Rotational On-Call Roster: Participate in a rotational on-call roster for out-of-business-hours support.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment.
- Proven Troubleshooting Skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication Skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated Initiative and a positive attitude.
