Senior Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

The Senior Operations Manager oversees the delivery of operational functions for a region. This involves developing and maintaining processes, providing project support, and liaising with program teams and consultants.

This role reports to the department director and represents the operations team on the department's leadership team.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Significant organisation and team management experience to a senior level
  • Experience managing operations functions, including finance, human resources, and compliance
  • Strong organisational skills, including planning and implementing administrative systems
  • Ability to coordinate and execute project planning

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational functions for the region
  • Develop and maintain processes and systems
  • Provide project support and liaison with program teams and consultants
  • Represent the operations team on the department's leadership team

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Significant organisation and team management experience
